Julia began her real estate career in 2018 and quickly established herself as a trusted South Florida luxury real estate advisor. Her experience includes significant residential and commercial transactions, luxury homes and condominiums, waterfront properties, investment real estate, relocation, new development, and complex transactions involving high-net-worth and international clients.

Beyond her client work, Julia has served for three years on the Palm Beach Board of REALTORS® Grievance Committee, contributing to the organization’s commitment to ethics, professional standards, and responsible real estate practice.

In 2024, Julia partnered with Karina to establish PS. Palm Beach, bringing together their complementary experience, professional relationships, and shared vision for a modern, globally connected real estate team.

Karina holds a Master’s degree in Global Economy from the University of Glasgow, where she graduated with Distinction. Her international education and understanding of global markets provide an important perspective when advising clients relocating to South Florida or purchasing and selling property across borders.
